As a quick background to provide some context here, I graduated from UCLA with a double major in Economics and Psychology in 1979 and started my real estate business in May of 1980. That's a long time and I've learned a lot over that time. I've applied that experience, data accumulation over those decades, and appreciation of supply/demand forces that shape the direction of real estate prices including that of Palos Verdes homes and Beach Cities homes.
